The lovingly furnished vacation apartment “Rosa” can accommodate up to four people and offers pure relaxation in a quiet location in the Upper Palatinate. With a garden sauna, a garden, and the unique ambiance of high-quality Swiss pine, it's the ideal retreat for couples, cyclists, families, and nature lovers. The apartment has one separate bedroom with a king-size bed (2 × 2 m) made of locally sourced solid wood and Swiss pine. In addition, there is a spacious living and sleeping area with an additional king-size bed (2 × 2 m), a smart TV, a sofa bed, and a small children's play corner. For the utmost comfort while sleeping, we offer high-quality 7-zone mattresses with a coconut core and an allergy-friendly aloe vera cover, all produced locally. The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen with rustic wood paneling leaves nothing to be desired: a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle are provided. The dining area offers a wonderful view and invites you to enjoy meals together. The bathroom features a Swiss pine ceiling, solid wood furniture, and a spacious, open shower. Toilet, urinal, and sink are also available. In the hallway area, there is an air-conditioning unit that keeps the entire apartment pleasantly cool on hot summer days. Stable and fast Wi-Fi is suitable for both working from home and streaming. Wall heating systems provide soothing radiant heat, similar to that of the sun, while natural building materials like wood and clay, along with hardwood floors made from locally sourced moonwood, create a particularly healthy living environment. The “Rosa” vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment and a place to switch off and relax. This house, which has been completely renovated in line with building biology principles, allows you to experience firsthand the benefits of clay plaster and solid wood for a truly special living environment. Just a 10-minute drive to the “TOP cross-country skiing area,” SLZ Silberhütte (awarded by Snowonline), you can enjoy winter sports amidst beautiful, cross-border winter forests.
