Historic building built in 1912, it has its squeaks as it is an older building, but overall is a great value for the location. This location is a unique apartment complex. It’s like a boarding house with 10 small rooms. More private than staying at a location with the owner, you can come and go without disturbing anyone. No common areas except the kitchen. The space We dont accept reservations without a real profile picture of yourself. To make sure our location and place will work for you, please tell us the purpose of your stay. Due to the small space of our rooms, we can't accomodate guest that are relocation to LA with alot of personal belongings. Our location works best for, tourist, working professionals on short term work assignment and students taking classes in Hollywood. Stays of 31 days or more dont pay occupancy taxes. More of a space than a room with all the things you need to make your stay comfortable. This is a small cozy space. Located central to everything-walkable in Hollywood, metro, buses. Many attractions, restaurants, bars and night clubs. Individual private room, you don't share the room with anybody. No visitors are allowed on the property (day/night).  $100 fee for sneaking people in, camera at front door will see you. No early luggage drop off without my permission. The earliest you can drop off luggage is 11am. **NO LUGGAGE STORAGE FOR AFTER CHECKOUT TIME** 1 Full size bed 3.5 shared bathrooms Kitchen (light cooking only) No cooking of any meat/poultry or fish. Veggies and eggs are ok. NO EXCEPTIONS Non Smoking Hardwood Floors Smart TV (i will not refund if internet connection is slow, you are sharing wifi with 9 other guest) Wi-Fi ***ALL ROOMS LOCK WITH YOUR OWN KEY*** Steps from Hollywood Blvd. On Sunday, make sure you visit The Farmers Market just one block away. Please keep in mind my location is right by all the activities Hollywood has to offer. The noise factor at night (Friday & Saturday) and some days throughout the week does go up and may not be suitable for guest that turn in early. PLEASE this is very important for you to keep in mind. PARKING AT MY LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. BETTER TO STAY WITHOUT A CAR. You can only park next to a Parking Meter Parking Meter Hours on Cosmo St. Mon-Thu 8:00am - 8:00pm Fri-Sat 8:00am - 12:00am Sun 3:00pm - 8:00pm Free outside these hours except for Sunday morning. Saturday night its best to use  paid parking lots. ***No parking is allowed on my street and all surrounding streets Sunday mornings from 5am - 3pm due to the farmers market..Your car will get towed*** Always make sure to read all parking signs for restrictions b4 u park.  free parking fills up fast. Paid lots are $20 - $25 for overnight parking. Same parking garage 2 entrances 1627 Vine Street 1633 Ivar - closer to me (directly across the street from the library ) Metro Subway Station is 2 blocks away located at Hollywood & Vine.
