Room with balcony and view at Finca Santa Rosa

Stay at Finca Santa Rosa, a place full of history, tradition, nature, and coffee culture. Founded in 1927 by Austro-German settlers, it is located just 8 minutes from the city of Villa Rica. We are surrounded by coffee plantations, forests of native trees and abundant local fauna that you can explore during your stay. You will learn about the entire coffee production process and enjoy one of the finest coffees in the world in a warm and family atmosphere. Includes typical breakfast. The space Finca Santa Rosa has 15 hectares of coffee plantations and forests of trees surrounding the Hacienda house. The double room is built on a wooden base, has 2 double beds (2plz.), a bathroom with a simple shower with hot water inside the room and a balcony overlooking the coffee plantations. Inside the estate is the main dining room and terrace that you can use during your stay to have a cup of coffee, work or relax with the sounds of nature. We have a grill, campfire area, coffee tasting laboratory and a large garden, and you will find and be able to interact with Peruvian Paso horses, chickens, ducks, and geese that live on the farm. Guest access You will have access to your room with a private bathroom and balcony, only for guests. The common areas are the main dining room, terrace, garden, and the coffee plantations and forests surrounding the estate. During your stay There will always be someone available to help you with whatever you need, to prepare a cup of coffee, to enjoy some company, for a guided tour of the property and other activities. Other things to note We do not have a television, but we do have WiFi in all the facilities of the property. The WIFI has a very good connection and is suitable for work, conferences, streaming and others. The property is cared for by two four-legged children and accepts visits of all kinds, but there is an additional cost for cleaning the room.
