More than a stay, it is a space for reconnecting with each other, with nature and with yourself. Moira is a quaint village - quiet and serene with small cafes, community bars, local restaurants and paddy fields. This 2 bhk modern duplex villa with a beautiful green patch of private garden is in a gated community. The space Fully functional 2 bhk duplex villa, kitchen equipped with gas stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, utensils. There is a washing machine with a clothes stand. TV and speaker available in the living room. There are ACs in the bedrooms and living room. There is a study area available in the living and one of the bedrooms. Iron with ironing board and hair dryer also available. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa. There is no dedicated parking space, but there’s ample to space to park outside. In case the caretaker is not available at the time of check in, keys will be with the security guard. Other things to note a) It is a quiet neighbourhood, so to maintain tranquillity, no loud music after 10 pm. b) No parties or events allowed. c) Home cooked meals can be provided for a charge at prior notice. d) Caretaker is available from 9:30 am to 6 pm for cleaning. e) Kindly switch off lights and ACs on your way out. f) Hot water is through solar geyser available at all times. g) There is wet and dry waste segregation, please cooperate. h) The Villa can accommodate up to 5 guests, spare mattress available. i) Late check-out and early check-in possible depending on availability. For late check-out, if there’s no check-in, there will be a 500/hour charge after 12 pm. j) A refundable deposit for pets at the time of checking in through a scanner code (NO CASH). k) Any damage to the property will be charged at a premium, depending on the extent of damage. l) There is 24/7 electricity.
