In addition, the living room offers a spacious sofa bed with a sleeping area of 1.60 × 2.00 m, making the apartment ideal for up to four guests. Clean lines, high-quality materials, and a well-designed layout create a pleasant atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a workday or exploring Magdeburg. A large 55-inch Smart TV and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi provide both entertainment and a productive workspace – a standard we intentionally maintain at BROCKHEUS Apartments for business and leisure travelers alike. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for everyday comfort. An induction cooktop and dishwasher are standard features. Depending on the apartment, you will also have either an oven or a microwave (some with baking function) – ideal for short stays as well as extended visits. The bathroom features – depending on the unit – either a bathtub with shower screen or a comfortable shower. A washing machine is always available, making the apartment especially suitable for longer stays or business trips. A special highlight is the glass-enclosed balcony in winter garden style with views of the Elbe or the harbor basin, offering a protected outdoor space. (Please note that it is not fully insulated and may be cooler during colder months.) The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. In addition, a private parking space is available directly at the house (€5 / day | 15% weekly discount). Located on the Elbe island in the Wissenschaftshafen district, the apartment combines a peaceful setting with short distances to the city center, Elbauenpark, the stadium, and other attractions – all reachable within minutes. The well-known Elbe Cycle Path, stretching from the Czech Republic to the North Sea, runs directly in front of the apartment.
