The outdoor areas are shared with the main house, whether occupied or not, and it is composed as follows: - 1 comfortable bedroom with high-quality bedding for a restful night’s sleep, - 1 private bathroom with shower, - 1 fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals: refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, and complete tableware, - 1 living area with a sofa and a smart TV, - Separate toilets You will be able to enjoy the outdoor areas, including the garden, terrace, and swimming pool, which we make available to you for relaxing moments or outdoor meals whenever the weather allows. Services and Amenities : - Concierge services (extra charge): baby equipment rental (travel cot, high chair), babysitting service, charcuterie/cheese board, wine, champagne, or fresh flowers upon arrival, solo or couples massage, at-home hairdresser, and more. These services must be booked at least two weeks before your arrival and are subject to availability. A personalized digital guide with local recommendations, must-see places, and upcoming events will be provided to you. ***Cleaning Fees*** They include the provision and maintenance of high-quality hotel linens (bed linen and bath towels), consumables, as well as professional cleaning services upon your departure. ***House Rules*** • The person making the reservation must be present during the stay. • Parties and noise after 10 p.m. are not permitted. • Pets are not allowed in the property. • Guests must dispose of their waste in the appropriate containers and sort it properly (household waste, recyclables, and glass). • The property must be kept in a reasonable state of cleanliness throughout the stay. => Please note: The swimming pool is secured with an electric cover, which must be closed when the pool is not in use. Children must be supervised by their parents at all times (both around the pool and in all other areas of the property).
