This adorable cottage is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nestled on a quiet farm and adjacent to a beautiful pool and outdoor oasis. If you like farm scenery, you are at the right place, there are cows, goats, turkeys, and chickens. This little gem is perfect for a couples weekend or a short stay while working in nearby Rome or Cartersville Ga. It is located about 15 min from Rome and 30 min from Cartersville. No children or pets. Pool opens mid to late May. The space A beautifully decorated cottage with one bedroom with a queen size bed, living area with a desk and full kitchen. If you are too tired to walk to the kitchen, there happens to be a fridge in the bedroom!! The property is located within a fenced area. Please keep in mind the pool and outdoor spaces are shared. The cottage is private to you, but if you are looking for total seclusion this is not it. You will run into some friendly faces. Guest access Guests have access to the pool (swim at your own risk), no lifeguard on duty. Relax under the pavillion that has a kitchen, tv and a marvelous bed swing!! Don't forget the firepit, where you can roast marshmallows or enjoy wonderful conversation. PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL DOES NOT OPEN TIL MID TO LATE MAY AND CLOSES LATE SEPTEMBER. This all depends on weather and other variables. Please inquire about pool opening before booking if the pool is the reason you would like to stay. Other things to note Please keep in mind this cottage is private to you, however the outdoor spaces and the pool are shared by other guests and owners. We do not intrude on your time, but if you do need us we are available. The pool opens Mid to Late May, please inquire about whether it is open or not before booking if you are wanting to use the pool during your stay.
