Our apartment stands out for its warmth, its location, its charming private terrace, and a level of convenience that is rare in the capital: free parking is included in the adjacent building (perfect for standard-sized cars). The space It has two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a private terrace. The sofa bed has an additional memory foam topper to improve rest. We also have a free travel crib and high chair available upon request. Other things to note The accommodation is on the first floor with no elevator, so there is a flight of stairs to reach it. Rules for Coexistence and Comfort: To ensure your rest and that of our community of neighbors, the apartment is a quiet space. - Quiet environment: No parties or loud gatherings allowed. - Smoke-free space: No smoking inside (you can use the terrace). We have a noise and smoke sensor (it does not record sound) to ensure that the environment is always healthy and respectful. - Parking: We include a parking space in the building next door. It is ideal for standard-sized passenger cars; please be aware that very long cars or very large SUVs do not fit well.
