It can also accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, which has a real mattress (160 × 200). For families, babysitters and/or a travel cot with mattress can also be provided for parents who are looking for a romantic getaway but do not want to leave their newborn too soon. 🏡 The space On the ground floor: • A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island and a traditional bread oven, ideal for preparing delicious meals • Facilities: induction hob, oven, microwave, L’Or Barista coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. • Everything you need is provided (utensils, basic supplies, coffee, tea, water) for a hassle-free stay • If you don't want to use your cooking skills, optional: delicious aperitif platters (cheeses/cold cuts/Chablis 🍷) prepared by us on request, subject to booking. Access is via a shared gate from the street. For added flexibility, a secure key box is provided at the entrance, allowing you to check in independently. You will also be able to park your vehicle safely within the property. Once in the courtyard, you will have completely private access to your accommodation, ensuring peace and quiet and independence throughout your stay. Other things to note 💳 Security Deposit As part of your stay, a deposit may be requested via a secure system after booking. This is a simple authorisation hold, not a charge, intended to ensure that the property is treated with care. It is automatically released after your departure if no damage is found.
