The space Welcome to our warm and welcoming home in Musselburgh, just minutes from Edinburgh. We are renting out a private attic en-suite bedroom within our 3-bedroom house, where we (a couple, working professionals) live full-time. Guests can expect a quiet, respectful and comfortable environment. Your Room The attic bedroom is bright, cozy and thoughtfully set up for short or longer stays. It includes: Comfortable double bed with fresh linens Modern en-suite bathroom with shower Desk and chair (ideal for remote work) Wardrobe/storage space TV & seating Private kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster and mini-fridge To help you settle in, we provide essentials such as towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and breakfast cereals etc. Shared Spaces Guests may access shared areas such as the hallway and entrance. For longer stays, more than 5 nights, we are happy to provide a pre arranged access to laundry (washer-dryer, ) for a small fee. The rest of the house remains private, ensuring you have a peaceful and independent stay while still enjoying a homely atmosphere. Other things to note For a more convenient and sustainable option, we recommend taking the train(2.30 with railcard, 4.30 without railcard) into Edinburgh city centre instead of driving. Musselburgh Railway Station is 5-7 minute drive from the property and offers free parking. The train journey to Edinburgh takes only 7-10 minutes. Parking in Edinburgh city centre is limited and typically costs £8–£9 per hour on weekdays. Also, Edinburgh is a city that could be very well enjoyed on foot; immersing in all the scottish vibes.
