9 The Green, Great Bowden

Our house is situated in the heart of the village with a cafe, deli and pub. Fabulous restaurants in the surrounding area, great country walks and plenty of outdoor activities with Foxton Locks, Rutland Water & Pitsford Lake nearby. You will love our home because of the modern light kitchen which opens onto a private garden with outdoor seating and barbecue area. Especially family friendly but also good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. The space The recent extension to the house has created a fabulous spacious kitchen/ dinning area, with underfloor heating. The custom built bar area has a large sofa/ day bed seating area which looks out onto the garden. Bi-fold doors open directly on the patio which is secure and secluded, south facing. 3 double bedrooms all have new comfortable beds. The children's room has a cabin bed and floor mattress for 2 children. Master bedroom has en suite shower room. The modern family bathroom has separate shower and bath. Guest access You will have access to the full house except the study. There is a large live in kitchen area, but also a separate sitting room. Please feel free to use all the kitchen appliances and kit, including the children's toys and books. Only a few cupboards will be marked as private. Other things to note Please just be respectful of the parking on the village green. We have off road parking for 1 car, other guests will need to find a space on the green/ near the pub. Please do not to park in front of someone else's house.
