This upstairs property includes a small outdoor seating area, a great kitchen space, and a spacious bedroom and bathroom setup. All located along Main Street in Dayton, Wyoming—a perfect home base for your next Wyoming stay! The space We’re so glad you’re here. First things first: You might notice some sawdust and a few big dreams directly below you on the main level—that’s the future home of our hybrid coffee shop, cafe, and bar. We’re currently building out the space to bring our town the perfect blend of morning caffeine, afternoon pick-me-ups, and evening spirits. Be sure to come back and stay with us again once the espresso is flowing and the drinks are mixing! See below for additional information about the space. Enjoy your stay! - - - - - - - - - - This is a newly-built second-story apartment that includes a full kitchen that is stocked with the essentials. Plates, silverware, cups and glassware, cooking utensils, and more can be found in the cabinets and cupboards. A select number of pots and pans are available in the lower cabinets. A Keurig coffee maker and toaster are also included. The island includes the sink and a bar area with two chairs, as well as a corner high-top table with two additional seats. The open floor plan makes casual entertainment a breeze, as the kitchen area faces the living space, complete with a couch, high back chair, TV, small bookshelf of reading materials, and a number of board games and puzzles. Adjacent to the kitchen and living area is an oversized master bedroom, complete with a king bed and dedicated working space with a corner desk area. The bathroom is also generous in size, and includes a freestanding tub as well as a walk-in, tiled shower. A [top-loading] washer and dryer are also located within the bathroom, with limited laundry supplies available on-site. Please bring your own detergent and preferred laundry essentials for extended stays. Guest access Parking is available on Main Street in front of the building. Parking in the alley between the property and post office [see photo] is also available, however we kindly ask that you back in when entering from 3rd Avenue. The alley between the private residence and the building is reserved for lower resident parking. We do not recommend that camper trailers, RVs, etc. park in the alleyway. Please find parking on an adjacent street if you are pulling any of these kinds of items. Outside stairs to the west of the building will lead you to a French-door entryway, with a coded keypad for access. Other things to note Wifi network and password information will be sent shortly before your arrival. To keep our floors in good condition, we ask that you keep muddy, snow-packed, or otherwise dirty shoes within the shoe rack inside the door, or outside on the patio. Please be courteous if you must wear shoes inside the apartment. The interior door immediately off the bedroom is an emergency exit only. A security camera is in place on the other side.
