This modern stone cottage is located on a quiet lane in the village of West Lulworth. There is easy access to various walks on the coastal path and the property is only half a mile from the delightful Lulworth Cove. This area is truly a dog walker’s paradise, benefitting from some of the best walks in Dorset. Wandering down the Jurassic Coast viewing the various limestone formations in the sea and being completely lost in nature feels like a little piece of heaven. The space Up two steps through the porch and into the hall, there is ample space for coats and shoes after a long walk, and there is also access into the rear garden from the hall. The dining room has a comfortable seating area and large picture window to take full advantage of the stunning views, while the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed to create stunning evening meals. The large double-aspect sitting room benefits from additional light via a skylight and has floor to ceiling windows through which you can appreciate the views of the hills. A double set of French doors leads out into the garden bringing the two spaces seamlessly together. On the first floor of the cottage there are three good sized bedrooms, with the twin boasting lovely hill views. There is a family bathroom on this floor with a bath and overhead shower, WC and basin. To the exterior of the cottage there is a beautiful unenclosed lawn area to the front with a variety of shrubs.
