Message me to see if it is available sooner/later than shown on calendar. Farm stay is the closest choice available; there’s no horse. The space Ranch-style home overlooking creek on acreage. Kitchen with two ovens and five stove top burners it’s a great setup for family gatherings. Features, covered porch and patio areas, as well as uncovered patio for sun-lovers. Storm shelter in garage. Hundreds of flowers and trees. The creek is pleasant to listen to when there’s been a good rain. Wildlife, deer visit regularly morning and evening; and turkey, and bobcats cross the property occasionally. A family of foxes live in the creek and usually can be seen in spring with a new litter of cubs/kittens. Many birds that are fed and grow in variety each year. The host, occasionally stays in the guest house; however, I’m not always available other than by phone/messaging. Carpentry is my trade; and I’m always improving the property. Other talents are teaching dog training, CPR/FirstAid, and ballroom dance. Add-ons, fenced and gated five acre pasture with water available can be used to pasture livestock/horse. About 50’x12’ covered/enclosed parking place in shop building for RV, stock trailer, etc. Power disconnect for RV. Guest access All of the home and property are accessible except the shop building, and seperate guest house. The guest bathroom is currently being renovated; however, the other two full bathrooms are available. There are some locked closets for storage in the home that are inaccessible.
