Burns Bungalow, quiet, friendly & and safe.

We live at the base of the beautiful Canfield mountains where we get frequented by the local deer, wild Turkey, and a host of other little critters. you will never come in contact with them but they are fun to watch. The neighborhood is quiet with long time residents and a few new families. The space You will be staying in a lovely new basement apartment, private entry and a security key lock for your safety and privacy. It is a 950 sq. ft. space with one bedroom, queen bed with down or alternative bedding, queen sofa bed in living room, spa feel bath, full kitchen with all you need to cook a gourmet meal, with a comprehensive spice cabinet.. A large living room, with all the comforts of home including a fireplace to keep you warm as our winters are cold. In the warmer months you will have access to a large deck, to entertain, BBQ, for grilling and a, 72x32 organic garden to feast off of when in season. We look forward to sharing our home while you are away from your home. We should always be there to greet you and help you get comfortable. However, on the occasion that we might have to be gone there is a lockbox by the door. We will provide a code to you before arrival. Instructions on the apartment will also be provided. It is all pretty straight forward, but I can mess up a TV remote almost every time. Other things to note Occasionally you will share the deck with us or if you want to entertain we will respect your privacy as you will ours. For guest staying longer than a week you will have access to our washer and dryer or clotheslines. You also have an iron in your apartment for convenience.
