The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (two singles pushed together), an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and direct access to a small south-facing roof-terrace. The bright living and dining area includes a dining table and a sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for up to three guests. At the back of this space, there is a second bathroom. The living area also opens onto a south-facing roof-terrace with open views over the valley and towards the ocean, while the north side of the property faces the mountains. The shared south-facing garden offers a 12 x 5 meter pool with steps and a constant depth of 1.60 m, shared with the guests of the annex at the back of the garden.
