The space Welcome to our peaceful hilltop home in Kampala 🌄 — a green, breezy escape that’s still just a short walk from many restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, cafes, swimming pools and other services that make your stay hassle free. You’ll be staying in the private guest wing of our house. We live in the main house, while the guest wing is set up just for visitors, giving you privacy plus a welcoming, homely feel. 🛏 The Space The guest wing includes: • Two stylish private bedrooms • One shared luxury bathroom (shared only between the two guest rooms) • A beautiful balcony with outdoor seating — perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation • A kitchenette for cooking • A dining area for meals or working comfortably NOTE: Our prices are per room but in case you want the guest wing completely to yourself, we charge an additional $30. The space has been newly renovated and sits in a lush garden with large mature trees, giving it a calm, natural atmosphere right in the city. 🌳 Nature & Surroundings Because we’re on a hilltop, you’ll enjoy: • Cool breezes and panoramic views over Kampala • A very quiet, peaceful neighborhood • Occasional visits from monkeys and a variety of birds in the trees •The garden has a campfire place, outdoor showers and a relaxing outdoor area under the trees accessible to you. It’s a lovely area for walks, jogs, or hill sprints if you like to stay active. 🚶‍♂️ Walk Everywhere We’re just a 5-minute walk to Tank Hill Road, where you’ll find: • Yamasen • Endiro Coffee • The Drop • TMT Supermarket • Horsepower Gym …and many more restaurants, shops, and everyday essentials. 🐶 A Friendly Home We share the property with two friendly dogs and a cat that will shower you with love, they mostly stay on our side but may say hello in the garden. 🔐 Safety & Comfort The property is in a very secure area and we have a full-time security guard for extra peace of mind. Guest access You can enjoy: • 🛏 Your private bedroom in the guest wing • 🚿 A luxury bathroom shared only between the two guest rooms • 🍳 The kitchenette for light cooking and drinks • 🍽 The breakfast and dining area • 🌿 The spacious garden with mature trees and greenery • 🌳 Shaded relaxation areas under the trees • 🚿 A refreshing outdoor shower • 🔥 The campfire area for cozy evenings • 🧺 The laundry room (available upon request) • 🏋️ Access to the gym(available upon request) • 📺 The guest wing does NOT have a TV Other things to note • 🏡 We live on the property in the main house, so we’re nearby if you need anything, but we fully respect your privacy. • 🚿 The luxury bathroom is shared between the two guest rooms in the guest wing. • 🐶 We have two friendly dogs and a cat who live on the property. They are used to guests and are gentle, but this may not be ideal for people with pet allergies or who are uncomfortable around animals. • 🌳 Because of the lush garden and trees, you may occasionally see monkeys, birds, and other small wildlife — one of the special parts of staying here! • 🏔 The home is located on a hill, which gives beautiful views and cool breezes, but the walk back up can be a bit of a workout. • 🔥 The campfire area and outdoor spaces are shared with other guests staying in the guest wing. • 🔐 The property is very secure and includes a full-time security guard, but as in any city, we still recommend normal travel awareness. • 🌿 This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. •❌We are not a guest house for sex tourism, exploitation of local youths and or any other behavior of misconduct.
