Perfect staycation/workstation away from Home

Beautiful, clean, quiet comfortable private room perfect for study room, workspace, or staycation located in gated residential community. Superb location to enjoy the best of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. 15-20 mins from major airports. Home is 3-5 mins away from shops, restaurants and malls, schools, hospitals, City Hall, Stadium, entertainment and more. Spacious Guest rooms with small smart tv, refrigerator, and microwave for convenience. My home is spacious, fresh, clean and welcoming. The space This is a spacious, clean comfortable and well lighted 5 bedrooms, 2.5?bathrooms home in a desirable community. Guest have full private space to their own room and bathroom throughout their stay. Home is usually quiet, peaceful. Guest enjoys, Lounging on the patio whether relaxing in the the hammock, splashing in the salted pool/Spa or snack and sip on patio tables. The space is welcoming clean and relaxing and smoke free environment. Guest access Guest have access to home via gate code or key code. Guest enters and leave as desire. Common areas which includes kitchen equipped with pots, coffee maker, coffee, and utensils. Full use of the patio and pool/Spa areas as desired. During your stay I live in the home but guest have complete privacy. If you need anything I am available in person or by phone. Other things to note I live in the home and you might see me up and about but never in your private space. There might be other guest in the home but they should never be in your private room. Due to allergies and to minimize the spread of COVID/flue, I recommend , extra precautions in the common areas or shared spaces. (Examples: frequent cleaning, , taking off your shoes at the door, and wearing mask if it helps.)
