Red Jacket House

Red jacket House is my family home, located in a quiet court location. The house was built in 2020, it is new and modern, Warm in winter and cool in summer for you to relax and unwind. There are many different type of birds and wildlife around that you will see from the backyard. Rawson is a great base to come and go from. The surrounding area is great for bush walking, mountain bike riding, dirt bike riding, sightseeing, Skiing at Mount Baw Baw in Winter, hiking, four-wheel driving. The space Red Jacket House has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet inside and 1 toilet outside. work/office space with wi-fi printer and a large desk, lounge room has a 65' tv, chrome cast and bose sound system, wood fire with all wood supplied, split system, 3 seater leather lounge with recliners and 2 extra-large fabric chairs, the kitchen is all electric with induction cook top and under bench oven, boiling water tap, automatic coffee machine, microwave, and pantry full of electric appliances for you to cook anything you desire. Out the back is a fully enclosed verandah that you can open the blinds to the yard or keep closed with electric BBQ and sink, table and chairs and 2 large day beds, Electric gates at the front of home for security the backyard is fully fenced and secure for the children or your fur babies. There are chooks in an enclose area if you have pets, please don't let them out of their house. There is a fully enclosed carport for your car and EV car charging for your convivence. The large backyard is great for watching the birds of a daytime and the deer in the evening and the stars at night.There is a fire pit in the backyard for toasting marshmallows.if you require a porta cot for infants or a high chair let me know and I’ll make sure it there for you. Guest access When you stay at Red Jacket House you have access to the whole property except for: the double garage the upper and lower cupboards in the office the upper cupboards in dining area the small wardrobe in the master bedroom. Other things to note Red Jacket House is a Pet Friendly Home, But you MUST inform me of your pet accompanying you and i will make sure you have supplies for your pets stay to keep them comfortable and warm, I only allow 2 dogs maximum and NO cats. If it became evident that a pet has been at the property without notification you WILL be charged an Extra fee of $50 AUD. If you loss the keys to the house you WILL be charged $100 AUD. Please do not have pets on or in the beds.
