You will have all the comforts you need in this beautiful 95 m² house with garden. 4 independent bedrooms can accommodate up to 7 guests. The space Once you go through the door, you can enjoy a large 35 m² living room open to this beautiful fully equipped kitchen where you will have the opportunity to try your hand at preparing small regional dishes. If the sun is with you, you will surely enjoy the calm of the large terrace and garden to share an aperitif... And yes, the best beers in the world are brewed here! A bathroom with a large Italian shower, a vanity unit, a toilet and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer complete the ground floor. The house is located near the Verkor, Clarebout (3 min), CNPE Gravelines (10 min), Arcelor Mittal (15 min) sites, ideal for business trips. We provide in the kitchen a raclette machine, toasted sandwich maker, pressure cooker...) as well as basic products (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee filter, dishwasher tablet...).
