The space This modern apartment has a bright and airy open plan kitchen/ living space with all the amenities you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. There are two bedrooms with 3 beds, one double bed and two singles in the second bedroom all solid wood, good quality fresh linen is provided for your stay. Both bedrooms have wall mounted TVs with Netflix and digital channels. The bathroom has modern fixtures and a thermostatic mixer shower for continuous hot water. Towels are provided for your convenience. Private parking is provided for two cars right outside the property free of charge. The apartment is cleaned after every checkout by a professional cleaning service so will always be spotless for your arrival. Other amenities include Wifi, underfloor central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, Tv with Netflix, microwave, fridge freezer, gas hobs, electric oven. Please note the property is on the first floor so there is no wheelchair access. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, there is also a small outdoor patio space suitable for drying or storing bikes etc. Other things to note The village of St Issey is a 5 minute drive to both Padstow and Wadebridge and within 15 minutes of 7 of Cornwalls most beautiful beaches. The apartment is about an hours walk from Padstow along the scenic camel estuary. Public transport; There is a bus stop at the end of the road with links to Padstow, Newquay, Bodmin and Wadebridge. The nearest station is Bodmin Parkway, The closest airport is Newquay. There are two pubs within walking distance of the apartment.
