Welcome to our comfortable, lovingly designed apartment right on the Werra – perfect for couples, friends, business travelers and cyclists. While the historic old town of Hann. Münden is just a stone's throw away, you can enjoy the rural idyll and a fantastic view of the garden with us. One bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, free parking and secure bike storage for up to four bikes make your stay even more comfortable. The space Relax and plan your days according to your own rhythm: ⁃ Moments of pleasure: Listen to the morning birdsong while enjoying your first coffee on the terrace. ⁃ Relaxation: Curl up with a good book on the cozy sofa. ⁃ Activity: Lace up your hiking boots or hop on your mountain bike – nature starts right outside the door. The house can accommodate 2–4 guests in two separate rooms: • Bedroom 1 – large, bright & with a seating area, ideal for retreating. • Living room with sofa bed – flat-screen TV with Fire TV stick. Bed linens, towels and dish towels are provided. You can store your bikes (up to 4) safely and securely with us in the lockable garage – ideal for all cyclists traveling along the Fulda, Werra and Weser rivers. We believe that you can only truly unwind where the surroundings are right. That's why we placed particular emphasis on sustainability and quality when furnishing the place: Healthy indoor climate: Plenty of solid wood, warm colors and natural materials create a noticeably pleasant atmosphere. For the perfect start to the day, the adjacent Flux – Organic Hotel and Restaurant offers the opportunity to enjoy a first-class breakfast or to pick up fresh rolls with ease. Guest access Access to the apartment: By access code or cell phone. Two days before arrival, you will receive a message with a 6-digit code for the front door or the option to download an app to open the front door using your cell phone. The code is valid from check-in time until check-out time. Exterior: The most beautiful location with great views of the garden and the Werra River. Small terrace with awning, table and chairs right next to the apartment. Hallway: Large mirror and wardrobe. Kitchen: Furnished in a country house style. Oak floorboards throughout the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven and exhaust hood, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and fridge with freezer. At the large table, four of you can comfortably sit, eat or enjoy a nice game night. Living area: with a couch (which can also be used as a bed) and a large armchair, a large flat-screen TV with Fire TV, board games, a collection of books, and the option to darken the room. Bathroom: Spacious walk-in shower with underfloor heating, wall-mounted toilet, vanity & rain shower with hand shower, large mirror, makeup mirror, hairdryer, heated towel rail. Bedroom: With a box spring bed (2.00 m x 1.80 m), flat-screen TV, desk, armchair and clothes rail, blackout curtains. Other things to note The house is about 4 km from the old town of Hann. Münden. By car, you can reach the town in just a few minutes via the main road. The Werra Cycling Trail runs right outside the door. You can easily reach the historic old town by bike via this path. Just always follow the river. There you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, butchers, cafes, restaurants and many interesting and varied shops, whether you just want to browse or find a new treasure. FYI: The accommodation tax levied by the town of Hann. Münden of 3.5% is included in the price.
