One of the bedrooms is a secure reinforced room (Mamad). The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. The space The villa is built on two levels: On the first level, there is a fully equipped kitchen including a dining table, dishwasher, sandwich press, induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee machine, coffee, water bar, and all necessary kitchenware. The spacious living room includes a sofa suitable for sleeping (90 cm wide), an electric fireplace, and an 85-inch TV. This level also features a bedroom that serves as a safe room (Mamad) with a double bed and a bathroom. From the living room, there is access to a balcony with outdoor furniture and an outdoor kitchen. On the second level, there are three bedrooms, each with a Jewish-style double bed (two single beds combined) and a pull-out sofa for one person. There is also a bathroom with double sinks, a wardrobe, and a 42-inch TV. In addition, this floor includes a family area with games, another balcony with outdoor furniture and a ping pong table, as well as a seating area and a foosball table in the hallway. The private yard includes a heated swimming pool (5.5 × 2.5 meters, 1.25 meters deep) with saltwater and a jet waterfall feature, a gas barbecue station, and a dining table. The swimming pool is fenced. For guests observing tradition: a hot water urn and a Shabbat hot plate are available. The property also includes a washing machine and dryer, with the option to add up to three additional mattresses. Nearby, you’ll find a synagogue within about a 10-minute walk and a grocery store just a 5-minute drive away. In the surrounding area, you can explore a wide range of beautiful טבע and scenic attractions, such as Nahal Kziv Nature Reserve, Montfort Castle, Keshet Cave, and Adamit Park.
