Our tiny houses in the form of sleeping barrels for two people each offer comfortable basic equipment in a beautiful wooden design on about 13 m² with a bed, small kitchen and dining area and bathroom with shower and toilet. A seating area with table and chairs is located in front of the sleeping barrel on a terrace. The Tiny House Knutt is a small and cozy sleeping barrel with a double bed and large panoramic windows, small pantry kitchen and shower room. The space Gut Osterhausen was built in 1864 as a hall house with red bricks and looks back on a long history. The manor house is a listed building and has been extensively renovated. The estate also includes a beautiful park with old trees and a pasture where sheep graze in the summer. The idyllic property covers about 1.5 hectares and borders the Fedderwarder Sieltief in the east. In numerous cozy seats, visitors can enjoy the tranquility and nature in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea. In the listed Guthaus, there are three individually designed and high-quality furnished vacation apartments for two to five people on the upper floor, which was formerly the storage room for the harvest, and on the property, there are two tiny houses, each for two people. Good Easter House Butjadingen A house with history - not a standardized vacation property Gut Osterhausen is not a new building, it is a listed historic building with character, traces of time and a history that remains visible. We are happy if you not only want to live in this special place, but also experience it. Gut Osterhausen is a registered individual monument and is currently being restored in sections in accordance with the monument. In some areas of the house on the ground floor, conservation work on historical murals can take place at times. Your booked apartment is not affected by this. On request, we offer a small tour of the historic building and insights into the restoration. Exclusive offer: guided tour & insight into the restoration We are happy to offer interested guests a personal tour of selected areas of the house. As part of this tour, you will receive: • Insights into the history of the estate • Background information on the monument status • Explanations of historical murals and drawings on the ground floor • Information on restoration techniques • Insight into ongoing or preparatory restoration measures (if currently accessible) on the ground floor. Many guests find this "behind-the-scenes look" a special highlight of their stay. Guest access The manor park with seating is accessible to all guests. Other things to note The Knutt tiny house is classified with 3 stars by the German Tourism Association. Bed linen is included, a towel package can be booked directly through us for €6 per person per stay. The visitor's tax of the municipality of Butjadingen is due on site. This will be collected by us and you will then receive your guest cards.
