Our Holiday House is full of love and attention toeach single detail. It consists of finely furnished large spaces: two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms we have personally decorated. For your holiday you have a number of facilities in this home and you can easily reach everything outside: the relaxing landscape with its hills and hiking tracks, good wine and its traditional cuisine and every corner has a story . You can easily reach the main towns nearby Udine, Cividale in a few minutes. The space The structure is the special feature of our house: its history dates back to the years before the First World War; it is quite completely made of stone and this is still visible in several points. From outside, the recent renovation madethe house look like a traditional mountain chalet laid down on to the existing structure, protruding outward and creating a volume on its own. Just after crossing the entrance you’ll be immediately intrigued by the stairwell and the glimpse of a roof of wooden beams and windows that simulates a greenhouse: this allows the sun beams to flood the whole space, which so it is a perfect place for our plants to dwell in. The stairs bring you up to a common area, an outdoor seating area, which we like to use for social moments. Guest access Guests will be admitted from our main entrance, following the staircase up to the apartment. The space in front the entrance is a sitting area, defined as a common part, which can then be used by our guests as well as the walled garden opposite the house which is a great space for our children and pets. Other things to note -floor-heating in the whole apartment -the rooms have wood floors and exposed beams -the cleaning (supplied and demanded) is a basic requirement -safe-deposit box -free crib or small bed for kids -We will do empty baskets and trash after three days of stay A few steps away, it is a large public parking for your car and on the ground floor there is an Inn (osteria) where you can eat or drink a good glass of wine. The village center is just 200 meters far; there you can find everything you need for your stay: a bus stop, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a newspapers, a tobacco bar, two banks, two petrol stations, a post office, a police station, a bakery, two pizzerias, a delicious pastry shop and the majestic church of Santa Maria Assunta.
