Pennington is a quiet little town. We are proud of our protected nature areas, beautiful beaches and world renowned golf courses. Property is across the road from the beach. The unit has two bedrooms, complete with bathroom, kitchen, diner, lounge, barbeque, overlooking pool and sea. Cost is for one person nightly, extra people at a minimum charge. Cleaning of unit can be arranged at extra cost. A breakage deposit of R 800 paid on arrival, refunded within 7 days. Family Friendly: the property is in a safe quiet residential area, with an enclosed swimming pool, and lovely garden Guest access The unit is totally private, and there is a communal swimming pool and a play room Other things to note Close by you can enjoy snorkelling, bird watching, scuba diving, and close to some prestigious golf courses. For nature lovers, you can enjoy a walk or cycling through our Umdoni Park (a guide can be arranged if you prefer)
