Enjoy your stay in our quiet and centrally located accommodation. Whether you are here on business or for pleasure, visiting friends, or just passing through—you are very welcome here ☺️ The space You’ll find a spacious, south-facing room with a cozy seating area and a dedicated workspace. The bathroom is for guests only and can be reached via a short hallway. A kettle, coffee machine and refrigerator are available, along with a basic set of dishes. A bakery is right next door, as well as a takeaway. Two supermarkets, a pharmacy and a drugstore are all within walking distance. For loading and unloading, you can park directly in the courtyard entrance. Free parking is available three minutes away at the train station. Despite the good connections to public transport and the A8 highway, you’ll be surrounded by nature in no time. 🏡⛰️ By car, you can reach the hiking car park for Burg Teck in about ten minutes. Hikers can reach Burg Teck on foot in around 45 minutes directly from the house. The Swabian Alb is about twenty minutes away, as is the Beuren thermal spa. Kirchheim, with its lovely cafés and restaurants, is around ten minutes away by bus, train or car and is perfect for a relaxed stroll. The Outletcity Metzingen is 30km away. Guest access The room and the bathroom are located on the first floor of our single-family home. This floor is for guests’ exclusive use and can be reached via a private staircase directly after the shared main entrance. Other things to note The large garden, including an outdoor shower and seating areas on the terrace or in the greenery, is available for shared use. If needed, a bicycle can be provided.
