The space Town Farm is a stone farmhouse based in the middle of the Teesdale village of Winston. The ground floor is home to three spacious sitting rooms, with a variety of seating available, which makes it ideal for family gatherings around the TV or for a quiet time curled up on a sofa with a good book. All sitting rooms have a flat-screen tv. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is situated toward the rear of the property, with a table and chairs for up to 10 people. A lovely entertaining space to dine together as a family or group. The kitchen has a wonderful set-up with cream and grey fitted units and quartz and oak worktops. The large island with comfortable high stools ensures that guests can chat together while the 65 inch flat screen smart tv ensures that you will not miss your favourite programme or allows you to download your favourite tunes while cooking. The well-stocked kitchen has a range of appliances, including an American Fridge Freezer with water and ice dispenser, a large wine fridge, two single ovens alongside built in combination and microwave ovens and a large induction hob. The property boasts five spacious bedrooms, four of which have en-suite bathrooms, and the fifth has its own separate bathroom. Two of the bathrooms have baths as well as showers. The bedrooms are fully-equipped with Super-king sized beds, two of which are fixed super-king, while the other three bedroom can either be made up as super-kings or twin beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Roadside parking is available directly outside the property and some parking is to the rear of the property. Outside, to the rear, there is a large lawned garden, with a patio area and luxurious 7 seater spa hot tub and an outside shower. With a children's play area and a built-in barbecue, guests can gather around the seating area and enjoy a summer party outside with delicious home cooked food and an assortment of refreshments.
