The space The property can accommodate up to 16 people and offers 8 bedrooms with double beds. Combining historic character, unspoiled nature and high-end comfort, this unique place is ideal for stays with family or friends, ceremonies, private celebrations, filming and photo shoots or a professional event. Private, prestigious and completely yours! The large interior spaces and absolute calm guarantee a memorable stay. Space: • Ground floor: large hall, 3 living rooms, dining room, equipped kitchen, toilet • 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with private bathroom equipped with showers and toilet, 1 bedroom with bathroom equipped with a shower, 1 single bedroom, toilet. • 2nd floor: 2 single bedrooms, 1 single bedroom with balcony and terrace, large bathroom equipped with shower and toilet, 2 living rooms. • The vast 2-hectare estate, conducive to walks, outdoor games or simply contemplation. • The 290 m² outdoor terrace with a balustrade offering stunning views of the Puys mountain range. • Period stairs are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access It is 13 km from Exit 13 of the A71 (78 km from Exit 3 of the N7) coming from the north and 13 km from Exit 12.1 of the A71 coming from the south. Access is via a rural unpaved but perfectly passable road. Hobbies In the village, you can see the medieval church with incredibly beautiful stained glass windows, a historic monument and the Château de La Roche which is nearby. Horse riding school, where you can take a lesson or just go for a ride through the countryside. Hiking and biking trails pass in front of and close to the castle. The nearest town with shops, banks and post office is 3 km away.
