Situated in-Longwood, between Orlando and Sanford, Nob Hill is perfect for those who want a more relaxed and tranquil environment to spend their downtime in. Enjoy the luxury of having your own space versus a cramped and crowded hotel. This home includes all the essentials you’ll need including a coffee maker, iron, ironing board, pots and pans, mixer, utensils, towels and so much more. There is one television in the property, located in the family room. This home is a duplex so you’ll be sharing one wall with your neighbors, however you will have your own private entrance. For those venturing locally there are department stores, grocery stores, restaurants and a mall all within close proximity. For nature lovers Wekiwa Springs State Park is a 10 minute drive , Blue Springs State Park and Lake Apopka’s Scenic Wildlife Drive are just a short distance away. For those wanting to venture a little further it’s only 40 minutes to Daytona International Speedway and 50 minutes to New Smyrna Beach. There is a single driveway and parking for 2 vehicles is provded. I will be available via phone during your stay. I live close by. Since Nob Hill is situated in a residential neighborhood and is a duplex I ask that you refrain from parties and loud noise. Please be respectful of the neighbors. We can not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for, nor will we offer compensation or refunds of any type for power outages, internet outages, water outages or weather conditions. We ask that you understand that certain things are beyond our control and may occur a any time without notice. For stay over 2 weeks, please note that I will provide a cleaning service at the 2 week mark. I will send a revision to your request to add a $150.00 cleaning fee.
