The space This furnished attic flat in a stylish townhouse impresses with its spacious feel, plenty of natural light and an exceptionally central location. Just a few metres away, you will find the pedestrian zone and St. Gallen's main attractions, including the Abbey Library, the cathedral and numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping opportunities. Despite its proximity to the city centre, the flat offers a pleasant tranquillity and is ideal as a retreat after a day in the city. A special highlight is the lift, which takes you directly to the flat and ensures maximum comfort. You wake up in the morning in a bright, peaceful atmosphere and start the day feeling completely relaxed. A short walk takes you directly to the pedestrian zone, where small cafés, bakeries and shops invite you to linger. Back in the flat, you will find an open-plan living and dining area with a separate bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, which comfortably accommodates up to four people. The clear room layout, high-quality materials and bright attic location create a modern yet cosy atmosphere. The bed and sofa bed are comfortably furnished and ensure a restful night's sleep. Check-in is easy and independent via a numerical code on the front door and a key safe. BLIV - The Art of Beyond Living Guest access Check-in is straightforward and uncomplicated. The building entrance door can be opened using a personal numerical code. There are two key safes on the wall in the foyer. The key safe on the right with the number 4 is for the attic flat. There you can take the flat key using another code and then close the key safe again. After entering the foyer, go straight left into the lift. Insert the key into control panel 4, turn it to the right and then select the lift button for the 4th floor. Once you reach the top, open the flat door with the key. Alternatively, you can also reach the flat via the staircase. In this case, walk up the stairs to the top and open the flat with the address 4, also using the key.
