Zakia welcomes you to an authentic Burgundy farmhouse with character from the 18th century, restored according to the rules of art. A more modern extension allows us to accommodate large groups Ideal for family gatherings, seminars. No parties are allowed. The area is a birthplace of historical monuments, you can also visit caves and museums. Not to mention the wine route, and for relaxation, walks on the water, by bike, on foot.... The space 320 m² in total 8 bedrooms, 6 of which have their own private shower room and toilet. There are 4 bedrooms, at least one of which is equipped for people with reduced mobility. Large living area with a table that can seat 20 guests. Fully equipped kitchens. Park with vehicle parking. Large, grassy, shaded area. Above-ground pool, deckchairs. BBQ and option to have meals delivered to your door. Guest access All parts of the home and the entire park are available for the sole use of the group. Rental only for one group on the same dates. Option to stay later in the day for an additional fee; final amount depends on the time and availability. Request this at the time of booking. Portal codes and lockbox will be provided a few days before your arrival. Other things to note chickens are present in the park. The land is not fully enclosed, at the back of the park a large ditch acts as a fence. We provide a CATERING SERVICE exclusively for our guests. Ask us for the card. Orders are to be placed before check-in if not long stays.
