In the heart of the Beaujolais des Pierres Dorées, you’ll be just a few minutes from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 30 minutes from Lyon This unique property perfectly combines the authentic charm of stone with the comfort of high-end modern living The space La Bâtisse Beaujolaise is a spacious property composed of a main house, a traditional wine cellar (“cuvage”), and an independent annex. It can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests in a warm, inviting, and refined atmosphere, featuring 7 bedrooms, each equipped with its own private shower room and separate toilet. THE MAIN HOUSE GROUND FLOOR - A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, traditional oven, combination microwave oven, two cooking hobs (one gas and one induction), bean-to-cup coffee machine, dishwasher, complete tableware and utensils. - A welcoming dining room that can accommodate up to 15 guests, with an adjoining small lounge. - A comfortable living room with a smart TV. UPPER FLOOR - On the first floor : a central workspace, a space with BABYFOOT, a laundry room (with washing machine and tumble drayer) and 3 bedrooms. - On the second floor: a cozy lounge perfect for movie nights and 4 bedrooms, including 2 connecting rooms separated by a curtain. All bedrooms feature private bathrooms with shower and separate WC, as well as a smart TV. Every space has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, privacy, and serenity to all guests. OUTDOOR SPACES The outdoors offer two complementary atmospheres : - At the entrance : a large enclosed park, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquility. - On the garden side: a beautiful terrace with a swimming pool, a pétanque court, and full garden furniture including sun loungers and an electric barbecue—perfect for sunny days and warm summer evenings. CONCIERGE SERVICES (additional fee) : For a tailor-made stay, we offer the following services upon request and subject to availability: Housekeeping during the stay, change of bed linen and towels, Baby equipment rental (travel cot, highchair), grocery shopping before arrival, catering delivery or private chef, various deliveries (catered meals, charcuterie/cheese boards, wine, champagne, fresh flowers on arrival), dry-cleaning service, babysitting… We can also arrange reservations with our trusted partners: Restaurant bookings, private transfers (train station, airport, excursions), at-home yoga, fitness or massage sessions, at-home hairdresser, electric scooter rides through the vineyards, electric bike tours in the “Pierres Dorées” area, wine tastings with our partner winemakers… These services must be booked at least two weeks before arrival, subject to availability. Available for rent at an additional cost : LE CUVAGE • A large multi-purpose room, ideal for yoga, meditation, dance, games, or event dining • A spacious lounge with sofas, armchairs, a Pac-Man arcade machine, a pinball machine, and board games Guest access → AIRPORT: Private driver or taxi services are available to bring you directly to the property. However, we recommend renting a car so that you can be fully independent during your stay. → HIGHLIGHTS: Free parking inside the property, free access to the swimming pool, the pétanque court (boules available), and the park. → SWIMMING POOL OPEN from 15/06 to 15/09. Depending on weather conditions, it may open earlier—please check with us 15 days before arrival. Other things to note We offer a warm and lively home full of character and soul, fully equipped to enjoy wonderful moments with family or friends. A personalized digital guide containing all information about the house, as well as local recommendations, places to visit, and events not to be missed, will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. Bed linen, bath and hand towels, as well as pool towels, are provided. ***Cleaning fees*** The cleaning fees include the provision and maintenance of high-quality hotel-grade linen (bed linen and bath towels), consumables, as well as a professional cleaning service carried out after your departure. ***House rules*** - The person making the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. - The number of people present in the house must not exceed 15 guests. - Parties and noise after 11:00 p.m. are strictly prohibited. - Pets are not allowed in this property. - Guests agree to dispose of their waste in the appropriate containers and to sort trash (household waste, recyclables, and glass). - The property must be kept in a normal and reasonable state of cleanliness throughout the stay. IMPORTANT – Pool & Safety The swimming pool is equipped with an electric safety cover. Guests are responsible for ensuring that the cover is always closed when the pool is not in use. Children must remain under the exclusive and constant supervision of their parents or accompanying adults at all times, whether at the pool or elsewhere on the property. The host cannot be held liable for any accident resulting from : lack of supervision, improper use of the facilities, or failure to comply with safety instructions.
