If you turn left and follow the corridor to the very end, an internal door leads into the Lounge. The Lounge features an L shaped sofa bed, coffee table and a wall-mounted Smart TV. A walkway leads you into the kitchen. Kitchen/Diner The spacious kitchen features an electric oven, hob, washing machine and fridge-freezer. The dining table offers space to eat on an evening. Master Bedroom The master bedroom features a double bed, minimal storage and a Smart TV on the wall. Bathroom The bathroom is the door on the right at the top of the stairs and includes a toilet, a wash hand basin and a bath with a shower overhead. Parking: Although there is no designated parking for the flat, there is plenty of free on-street parking nearby. Pet Rules: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the flat, and this is non-negotiable. Special Requests: We do have a travel cot and highchair, please let us know in advance if you wish to use it. We do not provide bedding for the travel cot. If you have any additional requests or want to discuss pricing, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to accommodate. We happily welcome contractors and business travellers. Other things to note Please note there is a security camera on the outside of the property and also in the communal hallway. We would like to make you aware that, due to the location of the property, WiFi performance may occasionally be weaker than expected and interruptions can sometimes occur. While this is unfortunately outside of our control, we have taken every reasonable step to minimise any issues and provide the best possible connection available in the area.
