The home features a large private 36 m² panoramic terrace, a true extension of the apartment where you can get some fresh air, pause, read, or simply change your perspective. A place to decompress after an intense day, relax, and also regain focus and inspiration, with open views that on the clearest days stretch all the way to the Milan skyline and the Alps. TWO LEVELS, MORE SPACE AND MORE PRIVACY The penthouse is spread across two floors, naturally separating different parts of the day and providing more privacy even when the home is shared with colleagues. The bright living area includes a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, so you can freely prepare your own meals without relying on restaurants and delivery every day. There are no shared spaces or areas with restricted access. Access is provided via independent self check-in. Detailed instructions are sent before arrival, once the mandatory registration procedure has been completed. You may have friends visit during your stay. Overnight stays are permitted exclusively for guests who are properly listed on the reservation, in accordance with applicable Italian law. Other things to note ONLINE CHECK-IN Before arrival, we’ll ask you to complete the online guest registration required under Italian law (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S. — D.L. 113/2018). The process is completed conveniently online through our certified partner Vikey and requires, for each guest, a valid ID document and a brief selfie verification with the document. Registration also applies to minors and infants. There’s no need to send documents through the Airbnb chat. Once registration is complete, you’ll receive all the instructions you need to access the apartment independently. BED PREPARATION Before arrival, let us know how you’d like the beds prepared so you’ll find the apartment already set up according to your needs. The home has 1 queen-size bed and 2 single beds. If you’re staying as a couple, simply let us know whether you prefer to use the queen-size bed or the two single beds. For larger groups, please tell us your preferred bed arrangement before arrival. A folding extra bed is available for the 5th guest and will be set up when needed. This allows us to prepare the linens in advance and have everything ready for you at check-in. SMOKING The indoor areas are non-smoking. Guests who wish to smoke may use the private outdoor spaces, the balcony and terrace, where you’ll also find an ashtray. ADDITIONAL GUESTS Friends and acquaintances are naturally welcome to visit you during your stay. For overnight stays, all guests must be included in the reservation. If you’d like to add someone within the apartment’s maximum occupancy, just message us: the reservation will simply need to be updated and, where applicable, the corresponding tourist tax added. TOURIST RENTAL AGREEMENT For every reservation, the relevant tourist rental agreement is prepared in accordance with applicable regulations. LUGGAGE STORAGE We do not offer luggage storage.
