The property offers 8 free parking spaces inside the property. - Check-in time 3:00pm -Check-out: 11 am. Schedule modification $50 per hour and is subject to availability. -The base rate includes up to 12 guests. From the 12th guest, an additional charge of $25 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 15 guests will be applied. Guest access During their stay, guests have full access to the property to enjoy it comfortably. The only restricted area is the laundry room. Their presence allows for quick support if needed, always respecting guests' total privacy. Exclusive use of home The property is intended only for guests registered in the reservation. Tours No outside visitors or day passes are allowed, in order to maintain a quiet and safe environment. No parties permitted. Noise and coexistence Please keep the volume down and respect the quiet hours, especially after 10:00 PM. No pets allowed In case of non-compliance, a penalty of $100 will be applied It is mandatory to send a photo of the ID of the person in charge of the reservation (Non-Negotiable) Times: Any schedule change costs $50 per hour and is subject to availability Do not deposit toilet paper inside the toilet.
