Refuge at Raslången, Sweden's southernmost eco park

Property in Sweden overlooking Lake Raslången about 35 km north of Kristianstad in Skåne. The nearest neighbor is 800 meters from the property. The area has a rich natural life and the forest is laid out as an Eco-forest. The Skåneleden water route also passes by – just as the lake is a popular destination for canoeing. The space The place is especially suitable for families who want to spend their holidays together in quiet and beautiful surroundings. The property has undergone a major update in 2019 precisely for the purpose of being able to function as a refuge/family rental. It has 13 real sleeping places distributed as follows: 1 room with a double bed and 2 single beds, 1 room in open connection to stairs on the 1st floor with 2 beds and a sofa for 2, 1 forest house with 4 beds, 1 guest house with 1 double bed, and 1 playhouse with 1 bed. There is a bathroom on the ground floor in the main house with toilet and bath – and an outdoor bathroom (May to September) on the north gable of the house also with toilet – both toilets are with flush. The 1st floor houses a large living room which is furnished with 2 permanent sleeping places. The room is described above as the room in open connection with stairs on the 1st floor. The living room on the ground floor is an extension of the kitchen. The place also has 4 aluminum canoes with relevant equipment, which are also included as part of the rent, as well as 3 kayaks. There is an outdoor kitchen and access to a gas grill and a small apple grove with lots of apples in September and October. Of course, there is also a campfire area that can be used all year round. In 2023, we got a sauna and in 2025, a charger for an electric car. Guest access There is access to the entire property Other things to note Wi-fi is of varying quality.
