The space Located in Touraine du Sud, the property is ideally located, close to the castles of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo, Futuroscope, and only 20 km from the Royal City of Loches. A perfect starting point to combine cultural discoveries and moments of rest. Le Souffle du Vent is one of two gites, located side by side within the same house. With a capacity of 7 people, it offers a comfortable and fluid organization: From the entrance, a beautiful living space opens up to you, warm and bright. It consists of a cozy living room with 2 sofas, a dining area with a table large enough to accommodate 7 people and an equipped kitchen. You will find a washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo espresso machine, kettle, and all the necessary dishes and utensils for a comfortable and independent stay. A double bedroom with private bathroom and toilet, perfect for a relaxing stay, and a second bathroom with hand washbasin completes the ground floor. Upstairs, a second double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds, as well as an additional bathroom, allow everyone to find their place. Kitchen linens and shower mats will be on site. On the other hand, bed and bath linens will be provided upon request for a rental of €15 per person per stay. This will be paid upon arrival. In the cool seasons, you will enjoy the comfortable warmth of our pellet insert, ideal for creating a cozy atmosphere after a day in the great outdoors. We will of course explain how it works upon arrival so you can enjoy it with ease. Outside, the terrace that is surrounded by a nice stone wall guarantees your privacy. A barbecue as well as adapted garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the beautiful summer days and extend the evenings for families or friends. Guest access You will have the pleasure of enjoying our beautiful and peaceful wooded park, ideal for relaxing and having fun. The park is a haven of tranquility where everyone can enjoy at their own pace, whether it's to rest in the shade of the trees or having fun outdoors. Two swings, ping-pong tables, a badminton net, an XXL playhouse, a pétanque court… all guarantee a perfect stay with your children. The 10x5-meter swimming pool promises sweet moments of freshness on sunny days. Naturally heated by the sun, it can be supplemented by a heat pump depending on the weather. An extensive private parking lot is available inside the property, fully enclosed by a perimeter wall and secured by a gate, to park your vehicles in peace.
