In the middle of the Amboise forest, between Amboise and Montrichard, Le Chêne du Verger is an ideal break to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. Located on the property of the owners, discreet but warm, this independent cottage, completely renovated, seduces with its style mixing wood and light. It has a private terrace, private parking and a green environment conducive to relaxation. A peaceful place, ideal for a couple or family wishing to discover the Loire Valley. The space The property has its own independent entrance, a private raised wooden terrace with a plancha, equipped with outdoor furniture for relaxing, as well as private parking. The main room was designed as a real cocoon, mixing wood, natural light and a natural spirit. It brings together the sleeping area, the kitchen and the dining area, in a soft and soothing atmosphere facing the forest. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals: Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with oven option, complete dishes, cooking utensils and wine glasses to enjoy quiet evenings. A second bedroom accommodates two 90 x 200 cm single beds, ideal for children or friends. The accommodation also includes a bathroom with shower, equipped with a towel dryer, hairdryer and shower products provided, as well as a separate toilet. Ideally located between Amboise and Montrichard, the cottage is a privileged base from which to discover the castles of the Loire Valley, the vineyards and the emblematic villages of the region. Things to know: - Bed and house linen are fully provided for the duration of the stay. - For families, a baby kit can be made available on request: umbrella bed with mattress and table booster. - Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation - Reversible heat pump: heating and air conditioning. Guest access Guests have the entire accommodation, with independent entrance, private wooden terrace and private parking. Access to the outside and the garden is possible, this being shared with the owners, with their agreement, in a spirit of respect and conviviality. Other things to note The place is located in the heart of nature. The wooded grounds around the property are private, which does not allow walks directly from the accommodation. To enjoy walks freely and safely, we recommend: La Moutonnerie, located about a 5-minute drive from Le Chêne du Verger. This is the same forest, but in an area where walking is allowed, outside the private and hunting area. On the property, an unprotected pond is present. Special vigilance is required for children, under the responsibility of parents. The outdoor areas of the estate are shared with the owners. A good understanding and respect for the places are expected, in the same spirit of respect for your privacy on their part.
