Other things to note 🕑 Check-in Time: 2 PM - 8 PM 🕚 Check-out Time: 11 AM - 12 PM (Noon) Late Check-in: If you plan to check-in later than the specified time, please inform our staff in advance before 8 PM. (Only applies to rooms that have already been fully paid for). Late Check-out (within grace period): Checking out after 11 AM but no later than 12 PM will not incur a fee (Please inform us in advance; staff consideration required). Late Check-out (after noon): Checking out from 12 PM onwards will incur a fee of THB 200 per hour. 💳 Room Keycard Deposit: THB 300 per room Payment is required during check-in (Cash or bank transfer accepted). The deposit will be refunded by the front desk staff upon returning the room keycard and key. The resort will only refund the deposit to the registered guest who checked in. Other Terms and Policies Cooking, grilling, or bringing fresh food/seafood from outside into the resort premises is not allowed. Eating food in the swimming pool area is not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and in the swimming pool area. A fine of THB 5,000 will be charged for violations. Pets of any kind are not allowed inside the resort premises. A fine of THB 5,000 will be charged if found. Using loud speakers, making loud noises, hosting parties, or any actions that disturb others are not allowed. The resort reserves the right to prohibit noise from 8:00 PM onwards. The resort is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind or lost within the premises. In case of damage or loss of resort property, compensation will be charged according to the price of the property. Outside guests who are not registered as occupants are not allowed into the accommodation during late hours. A fine of THB 1,000 per person will be charged if found. If the number of guests on the check-in date exceeds the limit, the resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation or request relocation to another room (if available) immediately. The guest will be responsible for all additional expenses.
