Clean & Spacious 2BR Suite in Quiet Part of Olds

1 hour to Calgary, 2 hours to Banff. Quiet neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk to Olds Hospital, 15 minutes walk to Sobeys and Walmart shopping plazas, peaceful walking/biking trail around Imperial Drive and a playground nearby. 2 bedrooms with full size beds, full kitchen, spacious living room, full bathroom with a tub, in-suite laundry room. The apartment is the lower level of the split level bungalow. Shared entrance, each level has doors separating it from the common entrance hall. The space The owners live upstairs with well trained 2 dogs and a cat. The kitchen is stocked with main ingredients for breakfast and spices for guests convenience. Please turn on the fan above the stove when cooking. The suite is not prepped for infants and toddlers. Some items might fall or get damaged. If you are travelling with children you will need to supervise them at all times. Extra pillows, blankets, linens and towels are in the closet across from the bathroom. Garbage bins are black and gray, located on the right back side of the house. Recycling can be left in the laundry room or placed in the blue bin next to garbage bins. Guest access Guests can use parking pad in front of the house to the right from Garage doors, Entry hall clothing and shoe rack, washer and dryer in the suite, table games, food and supplies in the kitchen in the suite. Other things to note Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis for longer stays. Breakfast or ready to eat meals are available on request.
