Caitlins Disney Condo, 2 miles from Disney world!!

A gated community only ten minutes drive from the Disney parks and within easy reach of shopping and restaurants this spacious 3 bed 2 bathroom condo is all that you need for a great vacation. 2 pools, tennis, volleyball, fitness suite, cable tv, a/c, laundry facilities and fully equipped kitchen and all linens. It's fantastic and i have the reviews to prove it if needed. All prices subject to taxes but see further details of the 6% local tax that I include in my totals. Sleeps 4 adults & 4 kids The space 125 Sq Mtr or 1350 sq feet, plenty of space ,light and airy. Comfortable and homely. Guest access All parts apart from an external storage cupboard and a storage cupboard by the door. these are mine and are locked. There are also storage boxes in the closets that hold the owners property and are secure. Other things to note The total is also subject to 13% county and state taxes. Airbnb are only able to process state taxes at booking so any rental is subject to the 6% county taxes. Unlike some other owners I include this in my total price.
