We are offering our holiday house for the period we’re not using it. The place is Ideal for people who love quiet nature vacations, such as nature lovers,, and those seeking for a nice seaside, often seek out remote, tranquil, and rejuvenating spots to disconnect from technology and daily stress.. A cottage located at the beautiful area of Kounoupi, only 7’ minutes on foot from the seaside and 5 km distance from the city of Porto Cheli. Through Costa harbour, which is a 15’ drive, you can also visit Spetses island. As this is our home that we are spending our summer holidays we expect visitors that will treat the place with extra care and respect. In our effort to make a fully ecological and autonomous place, the house is powered by the sun through solar panels. Whilst there’s no air con in the place, we do have air fans! The house is fully equipped with anything that a family needs to spend their vacation, a nice veranda for relaxation and a spacious garden.The property is pet free at no extra cost so feel free to bring your lovely pet with you! (Please note we are renting the full house with the 2 out of 3 bedrooms.) There’s a possible option for a sixth guest upon agreement. Cleaning fees are included in the price.
