We want you to feel comfortable and well-informed before you arrive. 🏡 **Shared Home Environment** This is a shared home. You will be staying in one of three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a wardrobe for your convenience. You will be sharing the house with my husband and his sister. We are respectful of our guests’ privacy and aim to maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment. 🛏 **Your Room** Your room is clean, spacious, and designed for a comfortable stay. Fresh linens and basic essentials are provided. 🚿 **Bathroom** Please note that the jacuzzi/bathtub is currently not operational and unavailable for use. The shower and other bathroom facilities are fully functional. 👟 **House Etiquette** We kindly ask guests to leave their shoes in the shoe cabinet upon entering the house. The left side of the cabinet is designated for guests. Slippers are available for your use during your stay. 🍳 **Common Areas** Shared areas such as the kitchen and living spaces should be kept tidy after use so everyone can enjoy the space comfortably. 🚗 **Parking** Ample street parking is available directly outside the house. Guest access 🏡 Guest Access Guests are welcome to use the following areas: - Your bedroom – private and equipped with a wardrobe. - Bathroom – Designated for guests (please note the jacuzzi/bathtub is currently not working). - Kitchen and dining area – for preparing meals and enjoying your food. - Living room / common areas – for relaxing or spending time during your stay. - Balcony – enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Illawarra from the balcony, furnished with a coffee table and chairs, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a cup of coffee. - Shoe cabinet and slippers – the left side of the cabinet is designated for guests. Other things to note Please note that the jacuzzi/bathtub is currently not operational and unavailable for use during your stay. No smoking and no pets are allowed inside the house.
