Welcome to our lovingly furnished vacation home in Neuenschwand near Bodenwöhr, in the middle of the Upper Palatinate Lake District and close to the Bavarian Forest. Quiet location with good access (B85/A93) to Hammersee, Steinberger See, Murner See, Prokart Raceland and gastronomy. Ideal for families, couples and friends, with bike paths, playground nearby and perfect starting point for nature and active holidays with recreation, lake and forest proximity. The space The house can accommodate up to 6 people and has three bedrooms – one with a double bed, two with two single beds each. The modernly equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen accessories leaves nothing to be desired. You can wind down from the day in the cozy living room with a TV. Wi-Fi, hand towels, dish towels and bed linens are included in the price. A washing machine with a drying function provides added convenience for longer stays. Right by the house there is free parking and a spacious covered seating area. The nearby federal highway B85 not only provides quick access to the A93 highway, but also easy access to the following excursion destinations, such as: the Hammersee in Bodenwöhr for walking, swimming and relaxing, the Steinberger See with the spectacular Erlebnisholzkugel and the WildWakePark, the Murner See with beautiful swimming coves and circular paths, as well as the Prokart Raceland in Wackersdorf for fast-paced leisure activities, restaurants for dining, ... and much more. Our house is also an ideal starting point for cycling trips in all directions. A children's playground is in the immediate vicinity. The Bavarian Forest with its picturesque hiking trails and mountains as well as crystal-clear streams is close at hand – perfect for day trips to one of the most beautiful natural regions in Bavaria. Are you traveling by electric car? No problem! Right at the parking area, your own electric charging station (Wallbox) with a Type 2 connection is at your disposal, so you can conveniently charge your vehicle overnight.
