Welcome to our charming vacation home on the island of Furusund. Here you live in a genuine archipelago environment with proximity to nature, public beach, cliffs and hiking trails, inn and harbor tavern. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, several sleeping places and a large sunny terrace. On the property, there is a carport, guest house and storage building with sauna. The property is fenced and secluded. Close to child-friendly swimming area, private jetty with berth and good transport links by car, bus and archipelago boat. The space The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen/living room with dining area, sofa bed, desk and fireplace, a living room with sofa group, TV including alcove with double bed, a separate bedroom with a bed and bathroom with shower and toilet (municipal water and drainage), washing machine is in the storage room. Exit to the terrace from the living room. A guest house with a double bed and an extra bed. A storage building with sauna and separate shower as well as carport on site. Fence all around and two exits with gate. Access to private jetty with berth. The garden of about 4000 sqm is fenced and protected from view. The accommodation is more bohemian than luxurious in character but functional and super cozy. Guest access Guests can use the entire property; the large house, the guest house, the carport, the storage building with sauna and shower, and the entire garden. Other things to note Close to public, child-friendly swimming, soccer field, inn with a very nice restaurant and guest harbor with harbor pub where there are simpler dishes and an ice cream kiosk. Nice hiking trails along the water with the possibility of swimming from beaches, rocks and jetties around the island. Lawn mowing (and property management if needed) will be handled by an external contractor during the rental period.
