Our cottage The lovingly furnished house offers two separate, almost identical, residential units – ideal for families or friends. Each apartment is designed for up to 4 people and impresses with comfort and coziness The space Our vacation home has two almost identical apartments, each offering you the following: * one bedroom with large box spring bed (width 2m) with high quality mattress * another sleeping option in the form of a 2 person sofabed * a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle * a bar table with cozy stools right in the kitchen * a modern equipped bathroom with flat shower tub and rain shower, vanity unit and toilet * a cozily furnished living-dining area * a cozy couch and a 50 inch flat TV * fast wifi internet and Disney+ (TV) Extra beds (one-time €10) and high chairs are available for our very young guests on request Outdoor area From the apartment on the ground floor, you can reach the quiet terrace with seating directly via a few steps. A lovingly planted raised bed with a cozy bench invites you to relax. A Weber charcoal grill is available for grilling. The upstairs apartment has a small balcony. We also offered something for the smallest guests outside. You can spend your time in a large sandbox as well as in a trampoline. There is also a wide range of vehicles and play equipment for children. Comforts & Extras Just a one minute walk away: butcher and bakery – perfect for breakfasts or lunch. A kebab fast food restaurant as well as a pizzeria, both in the immediate vicinity, complete the gastronomic offer. Coming soon: possibility to safely and dryly accommodate bicycles, strollers and other outdoor equipment. Guest access Free parking is available right next to the house on the property. The cottage has its own entrance. Other things to note No pets are allowed on the premises Smoking is also not permitted in the apartment. Be careful. Parties or other events are not allowed.
