Modern house with private beach

Our wonderful summer house is located next to Väddöviken with lake view, private beach and is only 1.20 minutes from Stockholm. The house has a lot of greenery just outside the house and birds chirping from the windows. Newly built in the summer of 2020 and is about 115 sqm with huge windows, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry room and large open kitchen/living room and a lovely large balcony around half the house with sun all day. Private jetty for boat mooring is available. The space A modern house of high standard that is heated with underfloor heating. There is also a fireplace to use and lots of firewood directly outside the house. The house has generous open spaces and over 4m in ceiling height with large floor-to-ceiling windows, large open kitchen/living room with dining table, sofa and TV, sliding doors to the balcony, large spacious entrance with long hall, laundry room with storage and washing/drying machine. The kitchen is a central part of the house where we have a large lovely kitchen in L shape with a large kitchen island with 3 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with most things, including a built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and soda stream. There are also a bunch of cookbooks for those interested in food. It is a creative get-away with lovely interior details of a high standard. We also have Sonos speakers that you can easily connect your music to, as well as smart TV. Internet via Fiber. On the south-facing balcony, there is outdoor furniture in summer and it is a lovely place to hang out from early morning to late afternoon, sun all day. Recently installed awning is available, a total of 8m wide! There is lounge furniture at the front of the house, as well as a hammock and dining table on the short side. And we have a big gas grill. Bedroom 1 has a balcony door to the balcony, a large wardrobe wall and a 180 cm wide double bed. Bedroom 2 has two bunk beds that are very comfortable. One bed downstairs is 120x200 cm wide, the other three are 90 x 200 cm. Large bathroom with shower and toilet. Directly outside the house, we have a beautiful natural plot and it is like stepping straight into the forest and tranquility. Close to cozy trails through the forest, perfect for picking berries and mushrooms or a jogging trip. In winter, you can enjoy lovely walks in the forest, cross-country skiing or skating on the ice. Private jetty with beach 100 meters below the house where there is space for a boat. Other things to note We have a French bulldog so this place is not suitable for those who are allergic.
