Bright, it has a sleeping area with a new sofa bed for 2 people + a new folding bed for 1 person, equipped kitchen + dining area, bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as a beautiful wooded outdoor area with a bioclimatic terrace and an outdoor spa (€5/pers/day only if the weather permits, not at night) The Basque coast, ski resorts and the Spanish border are about 1.5 hours away The space On the wooden terrace reserved for the studio and adjoining the accommodation, with its bioclimatic pergola, you will find: table, garden chairs, charcoal barbecue provided, Spa (€5/pers/day by reservation before your arrival if you want the water to be hot and depending on the weather) You can use our 9m x 3m private pool if the weather permits. Guest access Independent access to the studio with parking available under video surveillance use of a key box if absent or by your host, generally present. Welcome to bikers Covered shelter for motorcycles (we are also motorcyclists) We offer our private pool depending on the weather. Other things to note No parties are allowed, nor are unwanted noises from radios, phones, TVs, animals, etc. Pets are allowed on a leash, not too noisy (for example, no unwanted barking) We have a small Pinscher-Chihuahua who sleeps a lot and just wants to be petted, and 3 hens in their enclosure that give us fresh eggs. We can sell them to you on site. Your garden area is separate from ours. The basic hygiene items are at your disposal: soap, shower gel, towels, pq, dishwashing liquid, household products, sponge, towel, dishwasher tablets, vacuum cleaner. coffee pods Senseo, cocoa and tea available. No worries about smoking on the outdoor terrace. However, they are not allowed in the hot tub, in the studio, or at the pool.
