The space The living room The lovingly furnished living room offers a cozy feel-good atmosphere and is the perfect place to arrive and unwind. The comfortable sofa bed invites you to relax or spend the night, while the large 55-inch smart TV ensures cozy movie evenings. A collection of board games offers varied entertainment – ideal for joint game rounds or relaxing hours all to yourself. The comfortable reading chair creates a quiet retreat to relax with a book and unwind. The bathroom The modern bathroom with its walk-in rain shower invites you to a wellness feeling in the often stressful everyday life. The gentle rain shower provides a soothing shower experience. Fluffy towels and a hairdryer are of course available for you. All the essential kitchen utensils are provided – ideal for relaxed cooking at home. Location The apartment is conveniently located. Hildesheim city center is only about 3 km away and can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. A direct bus connection is right outside the door. In addition, you can reach the B6 as well as the A7 and A37 highways within 5 minutes. The Hanover exhibition grounds can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Further notes Triple-glazed windows and electric shutters ensure a quiet living feeling - even with occasional church bells in the surrounding area. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment creates a cozy indoor climate in all seasons. If the sofa bed is used as a sleeping place, we additionally equip it with a topper to ensure a particularly high level of sleeping comfort. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance, which can be reached by a wide external staircase. Guests arriving with dogs are asked to note that the stairs cannot usually be used independently by dogs due to their lattice construction and they must be carried.
